The high speed liquid filling capping machine is a fully automatic 6-head filling machine designed for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, pesticide, and cosmetic industries. It integrates automatic bottle unscrambling, liquid filling, plugging, and capping into one compact system, making it an ideal solution for small to medium vial production lines.
Equipped with a peristaltic pump filler, the ensures filling accuracy within ±1–3%. Each of the six pump heads can be individually adjusted, and the filling needles are designed with anti-drip function to guarantee consistent, clean filling.
This vial filling and capping machine handles a wide range of bottle sizes and liquid volumes, from 2ml to 30ml. Whether you are filling 2ml liquid vaccine vials, 10ml flavoring extracts, or 30ml nutritional supplements, the same equipment adapts quickly with minimal changeover time.
The machine uses a star wheel indexing system for precise bottle positioning. This ensures smooth and stable transport, preventing tilting or misalignment during high speed filling and capping operations. The result is higher production reliability and fewer jams.
The auto capping machine features a single-knife, multi-head capping design that allows multiple caps to be tightened simultaneously. This significantly reduces cycle time while ensuring uniform capping torque and excellent seal integrity.
Each capping head can be independently adjusted for pressure and position. This makes the bottle filling and capping equipment compatible with different cap types and vial sizes, from small perfume vials to larger reagent bottles.
