The Ultrasonic Vertical High-Speed Ampoule Washing Machine XL-QCK80 is an automated cleaning system designed for industries with strict container cleanliness requirements, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and cosmetics. Utilizing advanced ultrasonic cleaning technology, this machine quickly, efficiently, and safely removes microorganisms and particulate contaminants from oral liquid bottles and other small containers, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and improving production efficiency.
Integrates bottle feeding → ultrasonic coarse washing → external fine washing → internal fine washing → bottle discharge into a single automated process.
Combines ultrasonic cleaning with alternating water/air pressure jet cleaning – no manual intervention required.
The turntable is equipped with a high-temperature resistant, rigid, non-deformable plexiglass cover.
The entire cleaning process is carried out in a closed environment, effectively preventing cross-contamination and complying with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
