Working principle:
1. Bottle supply stage
Glass bottles are neatly arranged in a row through the bottle supply tray, ready to enter the cleaning process.
2. Bottle separation by bottle wheel
Bottles are received by a pair of bottle wheels rotating in opposite directions, and 6 bottles are removed for each rotation to ensure quantitative delivery to the bottle washing drum.
3. Drum filling and intermittent motion
The bottle washing drum is divided into six equal parts, each of which corresponds to a bottle feeding track.
The drum operates in an intermittent motion mode, receiving 6 bottles delivered by the bottle wheel each time (1 bottle enters each track).
4. Cleaning process
Multi-stage rinsing: The bottles pass through the drum in sequence:
Circulating water rinsing: remove large particles of dirt on the surface.
Pure water rinsing: further clean and rinse residual impurities.
Ultrasonic cleaning (implicit function): deep cleaning of the inner wall of the bottle through high-frequency vibration.
Compressed air drying: purified compressed air blows away water droplets on the surface of the bottle to reduce residual moisture.
5. Drying stage
The cleaned bottles enter the rear tunnel oven and are thoroughly dried by heating.
