Fully automatic ultrasonic small glass bottle washing machine combines advanced ultrasonic cleaning technology with a rotary drum structure to deliver thorough, efficient cleaning for every bottle. This PLC touch screen glass bottle washer is engineered for precision and reliability, meeting the rigorous demands of pharmaceutical and cosmetic production lines.
Glass bottles are neatly arranged in rows on the feeding tray, ready to enter the washing process.
Bottles are received by a pair of counter-rotating bottle wheels, which extract 6 bottles per rotation to ensure quantitative feeding into the washing drum.
The washing drum is divided into six equal sections, each corresponding to one infeed track. The drum operates in intermittent motion, receiving 6 bottles from the bottle wheel per cycle (one bottle per track).
Bottles pass sequentially through the drum for:
Circulating water rinsing – removes large particles and surface debris
Pure water rinsing – further cleans and flushes residual impurities
Ultrasonic cleaning – high-frequency vibrations penetrate deep into bottle interiors and hard-to-reach areas for thorough contaminant removal
Compressed air drying – purified compressed air blows away water droplets, minimizing residual moisture
Cleaned bottles enter the rear tunnel oven for complete drying through heating.
