Workflow introduction
1. Bottle feeding: The wet bottles cleaned by the cleaning machine are smoothly fed into the dryer by the conveyor belt.
2. Centering and positioning: The bottle passes through the guide device to ensure that it enters the air knife drying area in the correct posture.
3. Powerful air drying: The bottle body passes under the air knife, and multiple sets of high-efficiency air knives eject high-intensity airflow from different angles to blow the bottle body, bottle shoulder and bottom part of the bottle 360° without blind spots, completely removing moisture.
4. Bottle discharging: The completely dry bottles are transported out of the equipment and enter the next labeling machine or packaging machine to complete the subsequent processes.
