Product Introduction


The automatic filling capping and labeling machine line is specially designed for the pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, pesticide and fine chemical industries, providing high-precision filling, capping and labeling integrated packaging for liquids/sauces (such as jam, honey, ointment, shampoo, pesticide preparations, etc.). The entire line complies with GMP standards, achieves efficient production through PLC automation control, and is suitable for filling needs of various viscosity materials.

Product Advantages

1. Adopting the principle of plunger quantitative filling, 100-1000ml (customizable), error ≤±1%, suitable for materials of different viscosities (from aqueous solution to thick sauce).

2. PLC intelligent control realizes automatic bottle feeding, positioning, filling and bottle discharging, reduces labor costs, and the production efficiency reaches 20-30 bottles/minute (customizable).

3. Jam filling line is made of 304 stainless steel, the contact parts meet food/pharmaceutical grade standards, easy to disassemble and clean, and meet aseptic production requirements.

4. Support flexible configuration: bottle unscrambler (optional vibration plate/conveyor belt) + filling machine (multiple heads optional) + capping machine (torque adjustable) + labeling machine (flat/curved surface attachment).
