XINGLE
Fully automatic honey filling production line consists of three core equipment units: an automatic single-head gear pump filling machine, an automatic servo jaw capping machine, and a fully automatic round/hexagonal bottle self-adhesive labeling machine. Specifically engineered for the quantitative filling of high-viscosity materials such as honey, syrup, and pastes, this production line employs servo-driven gear pump filling technology and a PLC control system to achieve fully automated filling, capping, and labeling processes. It is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries.
Simplified Working Process
Automatic Bottle Feeding – Empty bottles are placed on the conveyor and transported forward. A fiber optic sensor detects each bottle as it arrives beneath the filling nozzle.
Servo Gear Pump Filling – Upon detection, the sensor triggers the servo motor to drive the gear pump for precise quantitative filling. The fill volume is preset via touchscreen HMI, and filling stops automatically once the set amount is reached, with accuracy up to ±1%.
Bottle Stopping & Releasing – Simultaneously, the sensor signals the pneumatic cylinder to extend and hold the bottle in place during filling. After filling completes, the cylinder retracts to release the bottle for continued conveyance.
Automatic Servo Capping – Bottles move to the capping station, where a servo-driven three-jaw cylinder applies caps with adjustable torque, ensuring a high pass rate across various cap sizes.
Automatic Labeling – Finally, the self-adhesive labeling machine applies full- or half-wrap labels using an elastic pressure belt. Its photoelectric tracking system prevents missed labels and reduces waste.
