Production process:
1.Bottle unscrambling table: Automatically organize bottles to ensure that bottles enter the production line in an orderly manner.
2.Dual-head automatic filling: Use servo piston quantitative filling with an accuracy of up to ±1% to ensure that the capacity of each bottle is consistent.
3.Automatic brushing: Automatically complete the installation of the brush head, suitable for nail polish bottles with brush heads.
4.Automatic outer cover: Electromagnetic vibration cap delivery to ensure that the cap is accurately in place.
5.Automatic tightening: Mechanical three-claw capping, firm and beautiful sealing, capping rate of 99%.
6.Conveyor belt bottle discharge: After filling and sealing, the bottle is automatically output through the conveyor belt for subsequent packaging.

1. Automatic Bottle Unscrambling Table
The line starts with an efficient unscrambling system that uses a rotary disc to automatically sort messy empty bottles, ensuring they enter the conveyor belt in a uniform orientation and stable spacing – a critical foundation for subsequent high-speed filling.
2. Double-Head Servo Piston Filling (Core Highlight)
This machine adopts dual-head simultaneous filling powered by servo-motor-driven piston pumps. This advanced high-precision liquid filling technology guarantees an accuracy of ≤±1%, whether handling highly fluid solvents or slightly viscous nail polish bases. Every bottle receives the exact same volume. Additionally, the system includes a no-bottle-no-fill intelligent detection feature to prevent material waste.
3. Automatic Brush Insertion & Outer Cap Placing
Specifically designed for nail polish bottles with brush applicators, the machine automatically inserts the brush rod, then uses an electromagnetic vibration bowl to feed and place outer caps precisely – eliminating tilted or misaligned caps.
4. Mechanical Three-Jaw Capping Unit
Equipped with a mechanical three-jaw capping head with adjustable torque, the capping action is stable and firm. This design ensures tight, aesthetically pleasing seals without damaging the caps, achieving a capping success rate of up to 99% – effectively eliminating leakage risks.
5. Discharge Conveyor Belt
Finished bottles are smoothly conveyed out via a stainless steel belt, ready for direct connection to labeling machines or packaging stations for full-line synchronization.
