The material is suspended in a clean, hot airflow (negative pressure) to form a fluidized state. Its surface is fully in contact with the hot air, resulting in uniform heating and optimal heat exchange, resulting in extremely high efficiency. With a suitable spray system and further structural improvements, the fluidized bed becomes a multi-purpose process equipment capable of drying and granulating.

Powdered materials for granulation are placed into the fluidized bed. Cold air enters through the heating chamber at the rear of the main unit, passes through primary and secondary filtration, and is heated to the required inlet temperature by the heater before entering the fluidized bed. The powder is fluidized within the bed. The granulation binder is pumped into a dual-fluid atomizer via an infusion pump, atomized, and sprayed onto the fluidized material. Powdered materials form bridges, aggregate, and grow into granules. Moisture evaporates and is carried out of the machine by the exhaust air.
