The cosmetics filling production line integrates filling, stoppering and capping functions. It uses food-grade stainless steel and a closed filling system to ensure the hygiene, safety, efficiency and accuracy of the production process. It is suitable for various glass/plastic bottle types (can be customized according to customer production requirements) and is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized cosmetics manufacturers.
1. Adopt high-precision peristaltic pump/plunger pump filling system with an accuracy of up to ±1%, ensuring the consistent capacity of each bottle of perfume and reducing product waste and cost loss.
2. The filling speed of 18-30 bottles/minute can be freely adjusted through the touch screen to meet the production needs of liquids with different viscosities (such as aqueous solutions, essential oils, lotions, etc.).
3. The suction function of the perfume vial filling and capping machine realizes automatic suction of filling and storage materials, reduces manual intervention, and improves the degree of automation of production.
4. The upper plug and upper cover vibration plate of the liquid filling and capping machine can automatically arrange the nozzles, which improves the installation efficiency of the inner plug and outer cover.
5. The star plate can drive and fix the position of the bottle to ensure the accuracy of the filling and capping process
6. The filling area of the perfume filling and capping machine can be equipped with a transparent dust cover and a sterile air purification system.
