Automatic Tablet Press places granular or powdered materials in a rotating turntable mold and compresses the tablets through the relative movement of the upper and lower dies. During the tableting process, the turntable rotates continuously, driving the mold to pass through the feeding, filling, tableting, and tableting stations in sequence, realizing continuous tableting operations.
Unlike conventional pressing equipment, this automatic tablet press features a 304-grade stainless steel outer shell and rotating turret, combined with a fully enclosed dust-proof design. This construction not only provides exceptional resistance to moisture, dust, and chemical corrosion but—more importantly—its smooth, crevice-free interior surfaces are exceptionally easy to clean, completely eliminating cross-contamination risks. It fully meets the stringent hygiene requirements GMP standards for pharmaceutical-grade equipment.
