Automatic Desiccant Inserting Machine is suitable for packaging of various moisture-sensitive foods, condiments, health products and medicines, ensuring that the products remain dry during storage and transportation, extending the shelf life and improving quality stability.
1. Seamlessly adapt to common food packaging containers such as round bottles, oblate bottles, square bottles, and oblate square bottles. Flexible design reduces changeover time.
2. Desiccant Inserter has an adjustable production capacity of 20-60 bottles/minute to meet the needs of different production line rhythms.
3. Automatic desiccant inserter is driven by 0.6Mpa stable air source, and the failure rate is lower than the industry standard.
4. High-precision sensor positioning ensures 100% accurate insertion of columnar desiccant to avoid missing or misalignment.
