The NJP-5500C fully automatic capsule filling machine is an advanced pharmaceutical production equipment developed by our company. It can automatically fill various solid materials (such as powders, granules, pills or tablets) into hard gelatin or vegetable capsules. Its production capacity can reach 5,500 capsules per minute, greatly improving production efficiency.

1. Automatic Capsule Filling Machine contains a capsule feeding system for separating, orienting and loading empty capsules into the filling station. This system ensures a continuous supply of capsules during the filling process.
2. Njp Capsule Filling Machine is equipped with a new hopper, a butterfly valve feeding method, and a vibration device. It mainly solves the problem of poor fluidity and inability to feed Chinese herbal medicine powder.
3. The turntable skeleton is processed and formed in one piece. This design achieves the effects of low noise, small size, small load and high precision.
4. Any empty capsule or defective capsule equipment can be automatically identified and automatically removed from the production line to maintain product quality and improve production efficiency.
5. Capsule filler weighs 3200 kg and has dimensions of 1548×1313×2305 mm (including the height of the automatic powder feeder is 2900 mm). The total power is 12 kilowatts.
6. Capsule filling equipment has requirements for water sources. The water ring vacuum pump is equipped with a water tank for circulation and can be connected to an external water source.

When filling special materials such as Chinese medicine powder and pellets, the Hard Capsule Capsule Filling Machine has certain requirements for material properties. The following are precautions:
1. Chinese medicine powder
1) Fluidity: The particle size (usually 80~200 mesh), humidity (generally ≤8%) and viscosity of the powder need to be controlled. Powders with poor fluidity are prone to uneven filling.
2) Uniformity: Powders that are easy to stratify or agglomerate need to be pre-screened (60~100 mesh sieve is recommended).
3) Density: The compression ratio of the filling rod needs to be adjusted (usually 3:1 to 5:1) to ensure stable loading.
2. Pellets
1) Particle size range: 0.5~2.0mm is recommended, which needs to match the mold hole.
2) Friability: Pellets need to have a certain mechanical strength to avoid breaking during filling.
3) Roundness: Spherical pellets are more stable, and special-shaped pellets may require customized molds.
