The DPP-80 blister packaging machine adopts an advanced photoelectric control system to realize automatic feeding of PVC, PTP aluminum foil, and rigid aluminum packaging materials, along with automatic waste-edge punching. This ensures stable synchronized operation across long-distance multi-station workflows. During the aluminum-plastic blister packaging process, the equipment precisely controls key parameters such as temperature and pressure, guaranteeing consistent sealing integrity and aesthetic quality for every capsule blister card.
This capsule blister packaging equipment operates at a punching frequency of 10–33 times per minute, with a production capacity of 1,980–2,400 blisters per hour.
