The tablet deduster machine is suitable for dust removal of tablets of various shapes. The whole production process is intuitive. Drug and dust isolation devices are installed between each layer of sieve plates to effectively separate tablets from dust. The parts of the machine that contact the tablets are made of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel and can be used with any type of tablet press.

Daily cleaning and maintenance points for Stainless Steel Tablet Deduster:
1. Surface cleaning
① Wipe the outer surface of the equipment with a soft cloth every day to remove dust and stains and avoid residual corrosive substances.
② Stainless steel parts can be wiped with neutral detergent, and it is forbidden to use hard objects such as steel wool to scratch.
2. Internal cleaning
① After stopping, disassemble the detachable screen, dust collection device and other parts, rinse with purified water and dry (if necessary, 75% ethanol can be used for disinfection).
② Check whether there is drug powder accumulation in the inner cavity of the equipment, and use compressed air to blow or a soft brush to clean the dead corners (such as around the vibration motor and the gap of the screen).
