The semi-automatic aluminum-plastic pharmaceutical slicing machine is a packaging equipment that uses partially automated technology and usually consists of a conveyor belt system, detection sensors and slicing devices. The pharmaceutical packaging is transported to the inspection area via a conveyor belt. After passing through the inspection sensor, the blister plates and tablets with defects or foreign matter are removed.
Workflow:
Blister sheet feeding → visual positioning → defect scanning → coordinate marking → pneumatic stripping → good product sorting → waste recycling.
