Equipment structure and configuration
1. Mixing system:
Upper unidirectional mixing + scraping device: ensure that high-viscosity materials (such as creams) are mixed without dead corners to avoid coking or deposition.
Bottom-mounted high-speed shear homogenizer (0-3000rpm optional): quickly disperse nano-scale particles to improve product fineness.
2. Delta dual frequency control: independently adjust the mixing and homogenization speeds to meet the needs of different process stages.
3. Heating method:
Steam jacket heating, high temperature control accuracy, suitable for heat-sensitive raw materials (such as collagen, plant extracts).
4. Vacuum system:
Integrated vacuum port and vent valve, support vacuum degassing, eliminate emulsion bubbles, and extend product shelf life.
5. Material and hygienic design:
Inner pot 316L stainless steel (wall thickness 5mm), jacket 304 stainless steel (wall thickness 4mm), outer 304 stainless steel (wall thickness 2mm), in line with GMP standards.
